Open your own Taco Bar

Taco Bar is a well-proven and beloved Tex-Mex restaurant chain operating in Sweden. The first Taco Bar restaurant opened in Stockholm 1983 and today there are over 40 Taco Bar restaurants all over Sweden. We are continously expanding and welcoming new franchise partners.

We are looking for driven franchisees for openings in several cities around Sweden, including Stockholm. The process is simple – maybe you already have your own space today (100 -200 sqm), which can be renovated. We do not formally require previous experience from the restaurant industry nor managing a business; we will teach you. Although, we believe that it is important that you have a positive attitude, are social and outgoing, as well as you are passionate about providing great service to our customers.

Financial conditions:
You are responsible for the investment with construction costs, purchase of equipment ent etc. The size of the investment can be anything between SEK 1,200,000 – 2,000,000. You need to have about half in equity, the rest we help you to find the right financing solution for. Royalty is 3% and 2 % in Marketing fee on revenue. Signing fee is SEK 150,000.

This is what the job looks like:

 As a franchisee, you work with both small details and big visions. The tasks include everything from business planning, serving, cooking and checkout service, to ordering goods, dishes, repairs and marketing. Working hours are irregular, both in the evenings and on weekends. You will be responsible for your own Team and you must be able and willing to lead, organize and inspire your employees.

Furthermore, it is important that you are good at planning both your and others’ time, responsibilities and tasks. We will provide you and your Team with continuous and professional support during the training period, during the opening and after the opening.

• Enjoys meeting and socializing with different people
• Has a positive “Can fix!” attitude, even in stressful situations
• Driven by providing good service and making guests happy
• Is outgoing and social
• Is punctual and has good knowledge of Swedish
• Has proper finances
